Afifa did my root college and was very welcoming and kind. The roots were completely covered, great job. I also had a chin wax and thread which was done really well, Afifa was very thorough and gentle.
After my roots colour I had a rough dry and no hair protection products were used, I appreciate that the price didn’t include a blow dry so I guess that the use of protection sprays wouldn’t be included but I personally never dry my hair without protection.
There was only one other customer in the salon and at one point I was the only customer with 3 members of staff so it felt a bit empty but I guess it was a Sunday so probably just a quiet time. The salon was decorated in a very eighties style with bright pink and for the beginning part of my treatment played Indian music which I personally do not like. I think that the salon would make big improvements if they chose a more modern and neutral decor style and played either modern or relaxing music. Overall it was great value for money, I was treated very well and the color coverage was excellent.
Hair Colouring
The worst customer service and the worst computer system. I bought a voucher and they kept no record of it and gave me nothing except a receipt. As a result of their mistake I’ve lost 80 pounds worth of treatments from the salon. They were rude and distrustful even though I was able to show them my bank statements to prove payments were taken out. I feel scammed.
