The lady I had was very good at bikini waxing, very quick yet not too painful and I barely flinched like I normally do! Eyebrows were very well done also.

I had an appointment today at 6pm, I arrived 15minutes earlier as I though will have a consultation first or fill up the health form.
The citizens did not know about my apointment and ask me many times about which kind of apointment was for, and looked disappointed as they were preparing all to finish.
When I enter in the room, the floor was dirty with cotton pads used on the floor, peaces of paper etc.
-The therapist has started straight away without asking for health problems and even how I would like the massage: (avoiding area, pressure, areas with more tension).
-The "back" massage has been the quickest in my life, when I looked at the clock was 6:30pm and I had done back,back o legs already, leaving 30minutes just to do arms and font legs?
-Therapist was just doing an efflaurage not even trying to remove the areas with tnsion as shoulders, and doing pressure on bones which is does not make any sense.
-During the massage I could listen the other citizeens laughting, microwave, boiling water, toilet plus the same song has been repeating for all the treatment.
-The therapist has finish with me at 18:45 (missing 15minutes), and while I was changing she came in and started to clean the room as they were closing at 7.
I emailed the salon explaining all this and not even to answer.
