Absolutely awful customer service, everyone complained on the day I went. The staff should all be fired. I have notified all my 5000 friends on Facebook never ever to go to this place. The worst on the planet. This is in relation to Singhar in Burnt Oak. They need to close down until they get proper management. Wow, what a disastrous place.
Well trained staff. Very happy with treading. Very proffesional service. Great value for many. Definietely will go back there again!
Facial Threading
When I arrived at Singhar, I had to wait a while. Considering that it was Christmas time, this was to be expected. The waxing itself was ok. I've had better experience elsewhere before. However, it was reasonably priced and local so that's a plus.
Hollywood Waxing
Unfortunately my brazilian wax wasn't good at all. There was confusion amongst the staff about what a brazilian wax actually was. This didn't give me any confidence whatsoever! Although the lady was friendly and polite, she didn't seem very confident either. I wouldn't go back again.
