I booked and PRE-PAID for an eyebrow threading and a manicure. I was told on arrival that they do not do manicures for men!!! There are some services that may be difficult for inter-gender provision but nails?? For a simple trim and polish? In this day and age I find that very hard to understand especially when they’ve taken my money. I now have to apply for a refund and no doubt go through some ridiculously drawn out financial process because of this unfashionable attitude. Very disappointing.

The most relaxing experience. Svetlana is such a perfectionist. The facial was excellent as was the body exfoliation. Very nice shape for my eyebrows too. Thank you!
