I'm sure Svetlana meant well but she pretty much called me fat and without any prior conversation she assumed she knew my lifestyle. I feel she should receive more coaching in regards to having this type of conversations or refrain from them full stop. I wanted to relax before Xmass madness but I left very upset instead.
