I had to remove them the same day made my eye painful, red and puffy as lash glue under my eyelid. Contacted the salon to be told they have a no refund policy but I could have another treatment which they didn’t seem to grasp I wouldn’t have another treatment after being unhappy with my lashes and unhappy with the customer service. Management never on site and only available over email so hard to resolve issues.
