My therapist did not leave the room whilst I had to undress, which I found uncomfortable, and there was nothing to there to cover myself with either. The wax itself was more painful than normal because she didn't leave the wax long enough to dry properly and had a poor technique. Then to top it off she didn't confirm what I wanted, and before I knew it she had put the wax on an area I didn't want removing, and I ended up with a hollywood by accident. Overall, please go somewhere else.

I had a facial wax. The therapist (Svetlana) was ready for me when I arrived and was very warm and friendly throughout my treatment. She was considerate of my sensitive skin and had a soothing, gentle touch. She paid considerable attention, ensuring no hair was left behind or residual wax.
