I usually love it here and always happy but the person that usually does my eyelashes wasn’t there and desperately needed them done for an occasion so I got them done and not happy at all, she took double the time it was meant to be and they look awful. I am not happy at all

Great wax, fairly quick and happy with the result. No point booking an appointment as had to wait anyway, seems like more of a walk in salon.

First time getting extensions and they were so good at explaining things to me! Wish it was less busy and open in the shopping centre but can’t complain for the price!
