There was a bit of confusion when we arrived and it took talking to all 5 therapists present to explain the treatments we had booked and try and get them organised. I had booked 2 x file and polish; 1 for fingers and 1 for toes and I was informed that the pre-booked polish treatments would only last a day. I said that I found this very disappointing as I normally use a more local salon where the same price treatment lasts for at least a few weeks. I was offered a discounted price to upgrade to shellac, that would last 3 weeks, so went for this option.

Wanted light brown tint on my eyebrows as I have very light hair. I came out with black eyebrows which wasn’t what I asked for and it looks absolutely ridiculous I’ve had to wear big glasses to try and cover them not happy

When I arrived for my appointment at 1.30pm I was told to take a seat, 15 minutes after my appointment time I was asked for my name and then said that I wasn't down for an appointment! I explained that I booked online and had a confirmation email, but despite this I was told that it hadn't been confirmed and the lady proceeded to show me she had an appointment pencilled in for someone else. There was no apology and I was just made to feel as if i had made the mistake, so out of frustration I told them I would go somewhere else & left.
Have rated all as 1 star as no treatment received.
