When I arrived for my appointment at 1.30pm I was told to take a seat, 15 minutes after my appointment time I was asked for my name and then said that I wasn't down for an appointment! I explained that I booked online and had a confirmation email, but despite this I was told that it hadn't been confirmed and the lady proceeded to show me she had an appointment pencilled in for someone else. There was no apology and I was just made to feel as if i had made the mistake, so out of frustration I told them I would go somewhere else & left.
Have rated all as 1 star as no treatment received.

They mistakenly put the strong chemicals used for the callus peel on my legs resulting in burning and soreness, they missed lots of patches in the Hollywood Wax, but the threading was fantastic
