There was some confusion with what I had paid. The salon explained that hot wax treatment (which is what I thought I had gone for) referred to strip wax treatment and that the former cost £20 and not £10. I didn't mind paying the extra tenner, so job done! I am not sure if there was a mix up on the website or whether it was me! The actual treatment was quick, very professionally done and quite painless.

It was an ok experience overall. When I got in I had to wait for some reason which wasn't great because I had somewhere to be that afternoon. The wax itself wasn't complete but because I was short of time I couldn't be bothered to raise this issue at the time. Probably won't be going back again unless I really have to.

This is honestly the worst place I have ever visited! Went today 17 Jan for eyebrow threading & Tint. I was horrified that eyebrows were uneven & tint very sloppy. I told her and she disagreed. I went home to realise they were really awful and called the salon who said it wasn't them and I must be confused, so I went back to complain. The staff were surprised and still tried to say they were ok. I did not get a refund and had to go to another salon and pay to fix my eyebrows! Please save your money & time & go to another salon, I wish there were a picture upload so I could share how bad they were. I now have to fill in parts of my eyebrow that were incorrectly removed by this salon and it will take weeks to get proper brows back!
