Had a deep cleansing facial. The treatment was excellent - good treatment, nice staff and the products didn't aggravate my sensitive skin. I have booked another appointment.
The salon exterior and main salon room looked a little tired and in need of new life, but the room I had my treatment in was fine.
Classic Facials
The lady who served me this last time was very rude and absolutely unfriendly. The hollywood wax was more painful than usual and the lady used rubber gloves which got sticked in my skin when stretching it and this made the wax even more painful. Couldn't wait for it to be over and go. I've always booked and paid online with wahanda and while leaving I said thanks to everyone making sure everything was alright but the lady once again made me feel unconfortable asking me to pay or give a voucher (no idea what she was talking about). A young smiling girl (the only friendly one) helped me telling her colleague everything was alright.

Great staff and very quick and efficient ! I would call the salon and ask for the latest deals, as once you arrive there was many other offers available (which I would of purchased) that are not listed on Wahanda.

The salon is small, simple and understated and while doesn't win any prizes for decor they definitely do waxes well. They could improve on ambience (perhaps some gentle music in the waxing rooms). The therapist was fast, efficient and did a great job on the wax without any fuss.
