The girl who had done my treatments was loovely! One of the other stuff members took her lunch when there was 3 customers waiting which I found not good timing at all. That meant that my beautician had to great and keep everyone happy while othef staff members disappeared. Other than that I had a great time! Good value for money and my beautician was very thorough and very sweet.
Manicure
Place outside seemed a little run down, staff seemed friendly although the lady was on the phone a lot speaking in another language. The lady giving me the facial didn't introduce me to herself; only found out she was giving me the facial once I was in. Facial was incredible- the lady was lovely. Although music stopped halfway through and she didn't put the music back on. The music cd must be quite worn as the music did crackle a few times. All in all staff was friendly, polite- despite it looking abit run down outside.

I visited this salon by a advert on groupon , , but called them to make a inquiry , and made a appointment by phone to cme on the same day to have a back scrub , I arrived and was told to wait 5 mins , and it came to 10 mins, I asked what products they use and she said she would ask the other beautician , she then called me in to have my treatment, to my horror , they use foot pedicure scrub on my back which looked cheap and i was so annoyed that i was even prepared to have this treatment , the girl who did this was nice and humble , i paid for it and told them i would never cme back , they need to invest in some expensive scrub with proper grains , was thinking of doing my waxing and hair colour , NO CHANCE , I would never recommend this to anyone
The treatment was great, it wasn't too painful and the beautician was very gentle. I would definitely recommend this salon.
