sometimes although i book them they can t see my appointment straight away and have to wait at least 24hours to receive a confirmation,apart from that everything is perfect
Hollywood Waxing
I booked a deep cleansing facial and when my facial was about to start there was another staff who i had not had it done by before so i requested to have it done by the one i usually get it done with and without any complains they listened to me.
Overall i had a nice relaxing facial i shall visit again

The wax was good and the price perfect. The lady didn.t hurt me and it was quick and painless, I will b e back!
Hollywood Waxing
Someone else was doing my nails this time and did a really bad job. Messy and really rough removal of old layer of shellac. Got a voucher ad an apology and will book with my regular beautician who always does a great job.
