Well, I arrived very late, and was noticed by staff but not greeted, and sat for 10 minutes while they got on with things. 2 other members of staff arrived, I assume they popped out while I was late which is more than fair enough. One of the ladies immediately greeted me and asked about my appt.
Although she was very nice, the best was left wanting.. I've had underarm waxing that was very quick, smooth and painless, this procedure was the complete opposite and a week later I'm still in quite a bit of pain! I also decided to get my eyebrows threaded, which I've done so many times at this place, however I let a new person do them, big mistake
So after this visit, I have painful pits and McDonalds arches eyebrows. Has to be 1 star
