Nail artist worked too quickly to realise that I was being cut when trimming my nails. Continued to file my nails rather than cutting them when I identified that my soft nails were splitting. Filing was not straight or even and I had chips which I ended up filing myself prior to gel being applied. I also left the salon with shellac on my skin and still need to trim sharp corners left on some nails. Better quality of work required overall.

.rude and pushing her expensive products to buy.the salmon was aweful dirty.however I had a fix price but they tried to charge me more.

My appointment was 13.30 at 11.30 I received a email saying my appointment was changed to 12.30. I called to explain I could not make it and they accept I came at 13.00. I arrived at 13.00 but they made me wait till 13.25 and lastly my massage took arround 45min and I paid 60min.
Tha massage was goog and staff kind, but the place is a bit noisy.
