SA is a good venue, I have been a customer for many years. I have known Vinella since before she came to this beauty parlour and I even have my elederly mother-in-law's hair cut by her.
Vinella was excellent in removing my old shellac nail polish and carefully applying new ones

I booked a package for £220 for 4 sessions...offered 1 free. I also paid in advance. When I prebooked and went for my second of 4 sessions I was told I had to pay because I did not attend with the card they gave me. And therefore they cancelled the session. I felt the service was poor, none flexible and inconsiderate more so that they had collected money in advance and refused me a refund
Unfortunately I reluctantly need to attend my remaining session to avoid loosing all my money with them

My eyebrows did not look good following the threading, still suffering the consequences weeks later

This salon is very bad. I done my full face lasure. Very unprofessional and dirty. They use cream after each treatment its not good. I saw cream bottom chut and open but they still use it for customers. And everything is dairty glasses and all.one lady name rakha is very bad manner. She fight with me like crazy people. The shop all asian and they fight like back home.they never told any deadline for your treatment and after they fighting like crazy. Not recommended

Disgusting behaviour! Charged me 70 pound even though bought my own colour
Busy with nothing in empty salon left us waiting for an hour just stroll in g in the back of the shop speaking on the phone bad customer service
