More time was spent cleaning up my skin than painting the actual nails. Really messy, could have done better myself. She also forgot to put the lamp on every single time my nails were under and I had to remind her. Waste of money.

Unfortunately it was clear the waxer was not trained in hot wax as she kept using strip wax over it. There is a reason hot wax costs more and this was a huge ripoff ! Been waxing +10 years, this was the most painful wax and I have never sweat so much. The hair wasn’t wiped before waxing (eg wipe off any excess deodorant so the wax will grab). The waxer kept holding the removed pieces of wax to my face to show me the removed hair which I find extremely unprofessional and gross. AVOID THIS PLACE!
