Friendly staff, however manicure was very messy and chipped after 2 days

Not the best lash lift. Lashes were bent straightat the root and now appear shorter as they hit the eyelid rather than having a natural lifted curve. Also during the procedure the solutions often came into contact with my eyes, causing a burning sensation (I've had this and no burningin the past). The lashes were also washed with pads humidified with water. I've always been told no water shouldcome into contact after perming them.
