Lash lift only took in certain places now my eye lashes look awful. they got it in my eye and when i told the therapist she said she hadn’t so i had to sit there in pain for 30 mins. Glue was left on my eyelid after treatment i mentioned to the therapist who said there wasn’t glue there.
brows are not the shape i like, i wasn’t asked how i would like them and the brown tint stained so much of my skin they look huge.
left in pain and unhappy, just wanted to get out asap.

I think the massage was more Indian than Swedish. I wasn't covered with a towel and there was no modesty towel when I turned over. I didn't mind but some people may be put off. The massage itself was very good. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to enjoy it.
