Cut my hair perfectly! I showed Paul a picture of what I wanted and he did just that! Along the way, he asked me a few times what length I wanted certain layers. So very pleased with my hair! He wasn't too in my face trying to strike up an annoying conversation.. very laid back and comfortable experience.. for a very decent price! I would have paid more/given a tip if I wasn't a broke student haha!
I was expecting a wash as part of the cut but was told that was not included. This wasn't a problem as it was only £2.00 extra. The cut was good and blow dry left my hair looking and feeling great.
Brilliant staff and service. Leila was very helpful and friendly. Have been to this salon several times and have never been disappointed. Very relaxing experience
I had been to Saraas for getting Amazon hair straightening treatment. I was petrified after what happened to my skin after it was done. Firstly, the lady attending me was just not concentrating on her task. She was rather happy chatting with her fellow colleagues. Because of her carelessness, she applied some of the Amazon hair cream on my forehead (which she did not bother to remove). I was getting a burning sensation on my skin but she didn't even bother to ask me if I was comfortable. The cream was supposed to be kept there for 25 mins but it went on to 35 mins when I had to remind her that I am getting a burning sensation on my skin. All said and done, the damage was done, my forehead and scalp skin had burnt. It became red on the next day and after a few days became black and started peeling off, making it all white (showing off my baby skin) This gave me a shock! I went back to her but she was not ready to accept her fault stating that this has never happened (so do that stop it from happening it to someone else?!) My hair has not even become straight, let alone the burn! It is still a little wavy. I then spoke to the Owner who was also initially not ready to accept the fault of his employee but eventually did.
Laila my stylist was very professional. Just done. I expect good results. Will wait a few weeks and post back
