Nice facial and massage, but it definitely wasn’t a ‘deep cleansing’ facial. No cleansing

I ended up having a different person for laser treatment and burn on my face. I didn't realize that the heat was on higher than I usually have and discovered bump and was in pain few days later. It's now left a scab and redness.
