I wasn't informed that there was no card machine therefore I had to then walk back out to fine cash. The young girl who did my massage was very nice but the venue could do with updating and there was an unpleasant smell.

Excellent massage but didn't get to use the steam room as I was waiting for 10 mins outside in the rain. No door bell and all the treatment rooms were downstairs so they couldn't hear the knocking. when a staff member finally arrived she couldn't open the door with the key she had. Slightly annoying start to the treatment but once the massage started it was great! (Also did not answer the phone when I tried to contact multiple times that day)
I actually booked this for chelsey as a suprise, and she thought the staff were amazing, the hot chocolates where top notch! I will be recommending these to anyone and the nails looked fab.
This was a very good price at short notice which worked well for me. The place is small and quite basic, but then that is reflected in the price.
I hate to give a bad review but I haven't many good things to say. I book several treatments and I had to have my nails (gelld) re done within two days as the lady didn't file them, most of them snapped taking the gell polish with it. For the two days it was on my nails it was very smudged! I booked for brows also and wasn't given a mirror to look in following the treatment. I had also booked a massage, both myself and the therapist (she was the one highlight) thought it was a hour appt, half way though we were told in was 30minutes. She did what she could but it was hardly relaxing being half done. I've never had a worse beauty experience to be frank.
