The music was extremely loud and the lady didn't turn it down saying it would annoy another customer? when I asked again and again she finally did.
The massage was strong and good but generic, I left with a lot of tension remaining in my shoulders and neck. The therapist didn't bother asking me what I required more of.
Also the therapist started stretching my face and I asked her to stop - she did. Then with oily hands she started touching my hair and again I asked her to stop and she did.

I was supposed to have a massage with Sabai, but unfortunately she wasn't available..I was given a different girl instead who was nice but unfortunately not very familiar with massage technique. So it was lots of strocking but not a massage itself.
