Very welcoming. Gave clear instructions on what to expect on arrival. Was interested in the reason I was there and was considerate throughout. It was a very relaxing experience and my shoulder and top of back are feeling a lot looser already after just 1 visit. I intend to book some follow up appointments to continue the improvement.
