When I first went I had massive issues with my back and neck and found it difficult to rotate to the left and right and it was very painful looking over my left shoulder. Each time I've been even though it has been painful my ability to twist and turn has improved massively. It was my 3rd visit today and again my mobility has improved greatly. Each visit is getting less painful as well. My wife also attends and loves how she feels after.
