Luckily the manager allowed my service dog to come with me on my first visit unfortunately the female receptionist second visit was very rude to me and told me I couldn’t come in with my small, trained, service dog even when I showed her the certificate. Once she realised manager had allowed this last time (she did not take my word for it, she checked on the computer) did she eventually let me in after making me feel awkward and embarrassed. Someone so rude should not be front of house.
