The first 2 times it was ok. But the 3rd time I went I did not get what I asked for.
I asked for highlights (i am going gradually blonder) and what should have been lowlights/toner to refresh colour. What happened was I was turned into a GREEN flat brunette (over toned).
I was promised it would "wash out"but it hasnt - I'm v. green.
Politely asked if we could do something as I paid and it was blamed on me and she says she wont do my hair anymore. Have to pay someone else so much to fix it.

Sarah was absolutely lovely, she helped me decide exactly what my hair needed! Very nice, easy to talk to but still very professional. I have had my hair done before at other salons in Liverpool and Sarah did the same job if not better than them at half the price! I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on, and I will be recommending her to anyone that will listen.
