Sabrina acts friendly, but unfortunately turned out to be a fraud. Firstly, she put a wrong address online. The 'treatment venue' is actually at 6 Probyn House.
Secondly, I only went for a facial, but she convinced me to do a deal to semi-permanently do my eyebrows for £500 including touch-ups 'with 5yr guarantee'. However after paying her, I saw that she was selling the same treatment on Treatwell for only £360! And on my 2nd visit she ruined the right-hand side tail of my eyebrow. I returned & she had 'fixed it' only to reveal the same outcome when the scab had healed.
I had one more appointment, but when I got there, she said she didn't have time to see me as I was 10mins late, but I can wait for her to finish her next client. I waited outside for 1hr but when I returned she said it was too late!
After that she avoided rectifying the mistake she had created.
So I have had to spend more (thankfully only £50 per touch-up in Stanmore & they actually did a better overall shape to enhance my face) to get my eyebrow corrected, no thanks to Sabrina.
