I called the day before to check how long the appointment would take and found out Treatwell doesn't allow her to make a package that lasts less than the sum of its parts, so the whole appointment ended up taking much less time than initially indicated in the system. She was clearly very experienced and moved quickly but gently and firmly. She took note of the fact that I was on my period and tried to keep the wax cool enough for my resulting heightened sensitivity.
