The therapist was friendly and professional. The massage itself was so relaxing that I fell asleep! The facial was also so relaxing that I fell asleep again! This has never happened before in any treatments I've received with other therapists so I'm very happy with this experience. I came away from it feeling in such a good, relaxed and happy mood. The only constructive feedback I'd give, is that it wasn't clear at the beginning when the therapist left the room that i should take off some clothes and lie face down on the massage table. Of course it's obvious if you've done this before but the therapist kind of just said she'd be back in a few minutes and that was it, would have probably appreciated an explanation of what to expect.
