The first time I visited this salon and lady, I was very happy with my experience. But this time my appointment was moved without asking, so when I arrived, I was met with a very frosty reception as I couldn’t make her proposed time that she had changed it to. The wax was so hot that it was burning my skin. I did mention it several times, but gave up in the end. The wax itself looks as it should but I won’t be going back.
