I have been regularly getting waxing done for over 3years now & have never had such a bad experience. When i went, i was given no privacy to change & get comfortable, the therapist just stood there. The waxing area was at the back but there was no room & i had to tell the therapist to close the curtains cus i felt uncomfortable. The waxing procedure felt like torture, the therapist was so aggressive with her “technique” that it felt like i was being punched all over. I have horrible bruises, red marks & bumps all over and i know you get some marks after waxing but this is just something else. There was no neatness in the work either, i had wax all over me and have several patches of unwaxed hair but tbh i didn’t say anything because i wanted this experience to be over as soon as possible. The lady was lovely and friendly but I think there is room for improvement

Sara was incredibly hospitable and super comforting. This was my first time getting a Hollywood wax, and she made the experience just right. Very professional service, treatment room was stylish and Sara ensured minimal pain. It was over before I knew it!
100% recommend as the service is very kind; she kept me occupied and was very friendly in her manner.
I was recommended to keep waxing as a routine to reduce hair growth in the long term, so will stick to it from now on.

The staff were really friendly and made me feel completely comfortable but I was left with a bit of bruising and still some hair as well but overall it was quite good
