I had been looking for somewhere to have a hollywood wax for a long time. Shree was very professional and made me feel at ease. She was also very quick, which helps! I will be going back there again!

Venue was clean and staff were pleasant enough.
Was told even though I had already paid on treatwell that the eyelashes are £50 and would I pay the extra; answer was a no, change the price online. Lashes were good but some fell off without a few days.
Spa manicure & pedicure I was told could have polish on either my toes or fingers not both; have never heard anything so ridiculous! Given 2 bad cuts, polish too thick & chipped off by the next day.
Faultless service was the eyebrow shape!
