Having received confirmation from the salon and after being charged for the appointment, I was told (on attending the salon) that as the therapist was not in, the massage could not go ahead. Very disappointing and bad management of the bookings.

I booked on line 3 days ahead and when I arrived they were closing the shop. I had to return the next day agreesd the time and when I arrived I still had to wait at least 15 minutes.
