Venue was clean and staff were pleasant enough.
Was told even though I had already paid on treatwell that the eyelashes are £50 and would I pay the extra; answer was a no, change the price online. Lashes were good but some fell off without a few days.
Spa manicure & pedicure I was told could have polish on either my toes or fingers not both; have never heard anything so ridiculous! Given 2 bad cuts, polish too thick & chipped off by the next day.
Faultless service was the eyebrow shape!

My issue with this place is that they frequently change their service prices, but fail to inform you until you’re at the salon, on the day of your appointment. I had an unpleasant experience at my last appointment here, so will not be returning.
