All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I did not want to leave a bad review as the technician was nice and I did get my eyelash extensions removed in the end (after a lot of pain as the solution they use stings terribly) However my right eye started hurting a day after having them removed and this morning I have woken up with a full blown eye infection which I can only attribute to my eyelash extension removal. I urge the salon to take better precautions and use something else that does not cause pain to the customer. Thanks

I had the microdermabrasion facial followed by a shoulder and head massage, which was super relaxing. Really good value compared to other salons in London. Will go back.

For this appt I booked treatments for after work. I gota call to ask if I could come earlier. I replied thiswasn't possible. I then received a further call asking the same. Salon was quiet staff wanted tomleave early. I wasn't too happy about this.
