I enjoy coming here. The Hollywood was painful (being a wax) but Anita was kind as always and made it a lot less painful than places I’ve been to before.

I have been there a few times. Initially things were going well, until i started noticing i was getting more ingrown hairs and infected bumps. I had never experienced this before when using other places. I dont want to name anyone but with some of the beauticians the ingrown hairs are more. At times the wax is interrupted by beauticians attending to other customers/treatments making the waxing process longer. I also noticed that the same stick is dipped back into the wax. I have seen online that ‘double dipping’ can increase the risk of bacteria which can contribute to ingrown hairs including other skin infections also, not to talk about poor hygeine, and should not be done. Its a shame because the ladies are lovely, but sometimes thats just not enough.

Great relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to Anita who done my eyelashes, they look wonderful. All the staff here are so polite and friendly.
