I've been here before and I've always been satisfied with my waxing but yesterday was a disaster.
When I arrived it looks like they forgot my appointment, they checked and look very annoyed because it was 5pm and i was supposed to be here for 2hrs. (50 minutes waxing and 1h for a full manicure)
they couldn't stop looking at the clock and looking each other with big eyes like "oh no!!"
I got my waxing, the upper leg was ok but the bikini line is not done properly. as I said i ve been here in the past and I know what they usually do but this time she just did half of the work..
after 15-20 minutes it was already done. and then comes the manicure... ok I have short nails but she did it in less than 20 minutes.
All the time they were talking and laughing in their own language and I found it very rude as it looks like they were laughing about me.
They finally asked me to leave ( it was not 6pm yet...) but the nail polish was not dry.
ok she helped me to grab my keys in my bag but I still had my bag, jacket, phone, I was driving and of course it was raining..
but yeah, you wanted me to go to close the salon, I've got it..
thanks for the lovely time.. I'll never come back here! for sure...

Anita is an excellent therapist / masseuse. She is friendly but professional - I felt amazing after my treatment and am already booked in for more!
