Usually this place is great, however this experience was far from it. I think there were some staffing problems, but I encountered several issues. Firstly, my booking wasn't acknowledged properly, so there was confusion over what treatments I had ordered, even though I tried showing my Treatwell booking. My eyebrow threading and tinting was fine, but then came the massage and facial. There was a child sitting in the room, which I felt uncomfortable about to begin with, and they then started watching loud videos on an iPad and popping chewing gum - hardly creating a relaxing environment - in addition to other frequent interruptions. The therapist then told me there wasn't time for the hour facial I booked and proceeded to do a mini treatment of half an hour, without the suggestion of a refund, or giving me the option of doing something different. Finally, there was an issue as I was leaving as they said I hadn't paid, when in fact I had paid via pay pal on booking. Really unhappy with the service today, such a shame as normally they are fantastic.

A wonderful visit from start to finish. It was a very relaxed and thorough treatment. The venue is very accessible and easy to park once you know where it is. the equipment used was very modern and clean. All the staff were very friendly and thorough. I sat there having my feet scrubbed and pampered in a lovely warm bath of water. The venues is on a nice quiet streets with a open view. I even got a free back massage while I sat there. The polish was done expertly. I'm loving my feet again :-)
