The staff take considerable efforts to deliver customer satisfaction. My therapist Sunal gave me an amazing back massage and made sure that I was relaxed even when I was just threading my eyebrows. This is my new local from now on.

Appointment was half an hour late and then was so excruciatingly painful I almost left in tears. Was being poked at with wax that was burning hot for almost an hour, and somehow there are still hairs they missed. Had to have a junior come and take over as the boss was causing me so much pain - she was a bit better. I’ve had plenty of hot Hollywood waxes before but never anything like this.
