Even though the ladies in the place were friendly the service was really bad. I had a shellac manicure. The filling of the nails wasnt great and the applyong of the polish too there were lots of imperfections. Plus the next day the polish was chipped off.

I'm so sorry but this was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life. They were understaffed, and I feel for them I really do. They were very apologetic. I didn't mind the 40min wait or even that it took 2.5hours. However the actual work on my nails was horrendous. My shellac nails peeled off within the hour as it was painted on my cuticles and skin, and my pedicure had chips in. No dead skin was taken from my feet. It was clear neither women knew how to give a proper Mani Pedi. They offered to 40% discount next time but there won't be a next time and even called me after to say sorry. I appreciate it however I would be grateful for a refund.
