When she called the night before, Sabha insisted that I cancel my existing booking and pay for all treaments when I arrived even though a treatment needed adding. Email to her bounced back. Was ignored when seated. Sabha fully had her back turned to me when she talked to me, which I thought was incredibly rude. She was unprofessional (used dirty fingernail to extract from face!) I was made to feel like I was not valued. I opted not to have the other treatments booked - will not be returning!
