the lash tech is lovely but the room that my service was delivered in was a cleaning cupboard. Needs a bit of tlc.

When I booked the basic pedicure in the description it said I would get a colour of my choice and dead skin will be removed etc I left with no colour on my toes and when I asked about it i was told that I didn’t pay for that. So are you guys false advertising the service offered?
