Emily was amazing. Made me feel welcome and did a fantastic job with my hair. Glad I booked with her and going back very soon.
Except that she was kind and it was a very cheap deal, the experience at this salon was unfortunately awful. I booked a wash & trim which was a 30 min slot, but she finished it in 10 min. My hair was wet so didn't check properly at the salon, but I found that the length was uneven (about 5 cm difference, probably she missed that part when she was cutting) so I had to trim the weirdly longer parts on my own at home. It would make more sense if she was a trainee looking for models to practice.

Emily was lovely made me feel at ease considering I hadn’t been to a hair dressers in quite some time so was feeling nervous but that soon disappeared will be back again :)
