Emily was so friendly and I loved the haircut. I wasn't happy with the colour and changed it the same day. There was a large patch of colour at the front, which didn't blend well and the colour was orangy not blond. In hindsight toner was needed, but I didn't think to ask and it wasn't offered. I didn't explain that I wasnt happy and give Emily a chance to rectify it, mostly because I felt awkward saying how bad I thought it looked
