Had a haircut with Cecilia, a lovely lady from Ecuador who works Fridays and Saturdays. Listened to what I wanted and left me with the same quality haircut and finish of a Regis or Rush that I have had in the past but at a fraction of the price. Some people have that gift in their fingertips and Cecilia is one of them :)
