Room was cold and staff stood outside the room were talking very loudly throughout. The therapist was nice enough but no information given while doing the treatment

lovely facial, although I had no idea what to expect due to there being no treatment descriptiona either on treat well or the salon's website. it would be really useful to add these so customers actually know what they're booking!
