The lady who was cutting hair was very cold, not present and didn’t show any emotion, involvement or passion for what she was doing.

Haircut and blow dry were really poor. Stylist was running late so whole appointment felt rushed. No consultation before starting, my hair wasn’t parted and then was cut at strange angles (gathered my hair at my chin and cut) and no blowdry either
