This was the worst haircut I've ever had. She didn't listen to me at all and cut off way too much hair on her first cut, so much more than I asked! I sobbed at the end because it looked so awful. The lady at reception was nice and tried to console me and give me a voucher, but you should not visit this salon for a haircut with Yasmin. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Won’t be returning! Waiting 1 month+ for £120 refund!
After confirmation the massage and balayage was rescheduled by the salon. On the morning of the appointment the salon called me to cancel the balayage due to the hairdresser’s health (understandable). I was allowed to keep the massage - which was ok. I opted for a refund rather than rescheduling. Treatwell told me to seek a refund through the salon but they will not respond to my messages and I’m STILL missing £120 over 1month later!!
