Disappointing first visit. Taken to a windowless waiting room despite free manicure seats downstairs. Technician took 40 mins just to file and do minimal cuticle work—I had to ask for proper removal. Painting started late, polish was blotchy, and thumbs were still sticky after. Limited color options and poor finish overall. I could’ve done better at home. Wouldn’t return or recommend.
