I’m quite upset about my recent treatment, I’d grown my eyebrows out for 5 weeks so I could keep my thickness and have an even shape, I let the lady know I gel them up and just wanted them to be even. She waxed them very thin and cut my eyebrow hairs without asking me which wasn’t listed on the treatment, so I can’t even brush or gel my eyebrows to help them appear thicker. I’m really upset I spent so long growing them out to be left like this, she has also waxed inbetween too far apart

Quite a stressful experience. Showed some photos and was trying to explain my needs, but the grad got defensive and argumentative and even called over the manager. Could not fix the issue and was quite unprofessional. The manager had a softer approach and thankfully finished the rest of my hair. My worse haircut experience as the grad could have avoided being rude and dealt with it differently.
