I got my haircut done by Shannon. She is the sweetest. Took her time in understanding what I wanted and delivered exactly the same. This was my second time getting haircut at SAKS but first with Shannon and I am happy with the service

2nd time here and really love it. Will be back! Have had both Sharon and Francesca who are both lovely and welcoming and I've felt so relaxed on leaving after a super, great value massage.

Great experience. I was let down by another location and as it was a Monday was really disappointed trying to find somewhere else for a birthday facial. Sam’s came through and gave me a lovely facial at the last minute :)
